7 Random Factoids about me that you don't know

I've been tagged by Married Vegan Yogini, Kelly's Pink Apron and I am Not A Rabbit. This meme sounds really cool because it delves into the land of secrets. Well maybe not that deep, but it's revealing.
Rules:

  1. Link the person that tagged you and post the rules on your blog.
  2. Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself.
  3. Tag 7 random people at the end of your post and include links.
  4. Let each person know that they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
1. I have only lived in states that border Canada: New York, Vermont, Maine, and Washington.

2. I watch an unhealthy amount of TV which I watch as background noise. I can't even remember all the shows that I watch or when their seasons start/end. I especially love scifi. Right now my favorite shows that are in season are (I had to have help on this): Legend of the Seeker, Life and Times of Tim, Testees, Ugly Betty, Gavin and Stacy, Desperate Housewives, Dexter, Supernatural, Gossip Girl, Terminator, Prison Break, Crusoe (sort of sucks, but I don't have a high bar), Starter Wife, House, Charlie Jade (really hard to understand in the beginning), Skins, New Adventures of Old Christine, and Samantha Who. I watch way more random shit than that, but I will stop now before you are too disgusted w/ me. I also watch but really really hate Sons of Anarchy because they are sociopaths and I keep watching to find out if bad things will finally happen to the gang in the show.

3. Once in a while, I will pull open up the bed part of the sofa bed and have a sleepover with the cats. It's sort of like camping out. The bed will stay open for a week or two so they can have extra lounge time. I have thought about camping out in the cat cage outside, but I don't know if I trust them w/ my tent.

4. I like trying new crafty things, but I don't always finish them. I tend to get bored easily. I'm most prolific at drawing on pink T-Shirts, but I have also tried knitting, crocheting, beading, stained glass, fine metal working, embroidery and other things I can't remember.

5. I have a totally overgrown yard with lots of blackberries. I'm trying to take control, but it's going to take a long time. Good thing I don't mind the work. Combine blackberries and my random clutziness and that means lots of scratches. Once I fell backwards into a pile of cut up blackberry vines. All on the road to have a garden. woohoo!

6. I fantisize about living in a yurt. When I'm feeling depressed, I will make floor plans. It always gets me in a better mood. The brown macaroni shapes are turds in litterboxes. Hey, I need a litterbox room with lots of fans.

7. I don't like the way greyhound farts smell. But I love cats! Ok. that was a lame one, but I have to weasel a cat pic in somehow. Chippy is thinking about jumping on Tubs, but he didn't.

It seems I was beaten to the tagging, but I thought of you :o)

"What is occuring!" You get Gavin and Stacy in the U.S?? That really surprises me. Is it the Origional version or an American remake? (like they did with The Office)?

Your floor plan is funny, specially the litter trays (very thorough!)!! Love it!

bethany, i am so happy i found you. i watch a ridiculous amount of tv too. my friends always make fun of me for it because i manage to stay so thin (somehow- i don't know how because i'm always sitting). i honestly have a list of around 15 shows i can't miss every week. it's really disgusting haha so you definitely aren't alone!!!

I am so not disgusted by your TV watching. I'm just as bad or, at least, I was before I had a kid. I love Ugly Betty, though. I think the new guy she has a crush on is totally wrong and she needs to make things right with Gio. See? I get so involved.

I think a kitty campout sounds awesome.

Becks - I gave you props as a tagger. It's the real Gavin and Stacy. I hate the US office big time, and I didn't even know that it started in the UK. I would watch that version because I love Ricky Gervais from watching Extras.

Good to know that there are others that watch as much TV as I do. Funny thing is that I didn't watch much of growing up, in college or really at all until I met Andy. Yeah, yeah, blame it on Andy :)

A) Just bought the second season of Dexter on sale at Target!! :)
B):( I love the US Office but heard the UK one is way more awkward and fantastic
C) I just had a Yert convo this weekend and it sounds fantastic!
D) I need a pink tshirt! I realized last valentine's day that the only pink/red shirts I have are Guava themed with lots of vagina goodness... not so work appropriate. :)

hheehe... great factoids lady!

Wow. Another vegan blogger in Washington State. I was beginning to think there weren't too many of us around; which is odd with the rain and all, shouldn't people be inside cozied up next to their glowing computer monitors? But I digress. I subscribed to your blog 'cause it looks like a lot of fun!! And I love that I know 7 interesting facts aboput you already!!

Hahaha I loved your responses, thanks for tagging me for this fun!

Guava - I have tons of pink T's with cats on them, but no vijayjay T's. Maybe you need a guava (the fruit) pink T and then we'd still all know what you mean. wink wink.

VeganView - I'm dying to see your 7, because I can only imagine what they will be.

Tofu Mom - there are a bunch of us vegan bloggers. Also a Seattle Vegan Meetup (on meetup.com) that meets once / month that is fun.

Thanks dude! How cool that you get the real version over there. I can tell when T.V has been watching too much G&S because he starts calling me 'Becklar' and says 'what is occuring' lots. He can't do a Welsh accent though >:o)

You watch a lot of TV! I like background TV noise too.
I like trying new crafty things also, and I also don't always finish them.

Becks - Stacy says "lush" all the time. They also say "I will not lie to you" a lot.

I have a skins marathon coming up in my future. We have around 7 episodes saved up. Those kids in that show are so annoying at times :)

River - I like to go back and look at the unfinished items, get all psyched up and then do nothing about it :)
