Still sick and eating canned soup

Canned soup is ok, but not that great. I'm kicking myself for not freezing some soup whenever I had made some. Lesson learned.

We got some Amy's frozen orange cake from sidecar. They also make chocolate, but orange sounded interesting plus we have some Whole Foods chocolate cake in the freezer at home already.

It was moist and sticky, but in a good pound cake kind of way. The pic sucks because I took it on Saturday when I was fully sick and wasn't in the mood to mess around.

This worm pile consisting of Chippy, The Judge, Peepa and Tubs had been going on for hours before I interrupted it by taking pictures.

The Judge sees me.

He takes off so he can get closer to me. Peepa gets up to run away...

But decides to settled back down into the pile.

They are still laying on the chair about an hour after the pics were taken. Tubs took off and the Judge returned.

Sorry you are still sick! Hope you start getting better soon. I've never seen Amy's cake here in Alaska! I didn't even know they had it. Probably better that they don't carry it where I can get my hands on it.
My cats don't worm pile. I wonder why? There's three of them and they like to sleep separately. You're are adorable and I wish mine would worm pile!

Oops! Well, you are adorable, but I meant to say "your's are adorable!"

Why have I never seen those Amy's cakes before? Have I done something terrible to deserve such a thing?
I want to jump in and join the worm pile!

They're new. or at least that's what the box says. I only wish that there was some glaze on top.

Tara - I knew what you meant :)

That's the best cuddle puddle yet!
I wish mine did that (the closest we get to a cuddle puddle is 2 humans and a cat~ always The Panda Bear).
Get well soon, cake makes everything better >:o)

Sorry you're not feeling well! But cake will surely help ;)

Thanks for the comment on my blog--much appreciated! The tofu omelet is a bit fussy (tends to break if not treated very delicately) but the flavor made up for it!

Bummer you are still down in the weather, but at least you have those cuties to help keep you smiling and happy. Thank you for the sweet words about my grandson and me. Sending well wishes your way. :o)

Sorry you are sick! We've been battling 5000 colds in our house - this is the reward you get for having a kid in preschool. Wicked.

Frozen cake, huh? Not a bad idea...

Feel better soon!

P.S. - have you ever read Christopher Moore? I'm reading You Suck: A Love Story right now and it is laugh-out-loud funny. Good medicine for when you're sick. ;)
