I saw the
Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake on
SusanV's blog and had to try it. It was really easy to make - all food processor action, my kind of recipe. And the results were delicious, light and fluffy, just like cheesecake - even with the yummy thin lemon layer on the bottom. I couldn't find a graham crust in my co-op, so I used a regular white frozen crust. You gotta try it.
Here is a pic of Andy trying to read a book in the overgrown cat cage. As you can see, the cats (Faline in this case) have to crawl all over us no matter where we are :). In this pic, it's still summer and really hot.
I got 4 of them to go outside yesterday in the cat cage (on their own) and it's really cold outside. They are so clingy!
