These cookies are the best ginger cookies ever. I make about 1/2 the glaze then they have in the recipe. I've made them lots of times and people love them.
I made these VT granola bars and they were very good, but sweet. I also added in dried pineapple, dates and raisins. I used Ener-G egg replacer instead of egg whites.
I tried Isa's tofu scramble recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance and it was awesome.

I tried these peanutbutter balls tonight. I didn't have enough dates, so I used 1/2. I also didn't have any peanuts to chop up, so I just used chunky peanutbutter. I didn't use runny frosting to roll them in, instead I 'dipped' them in melted chocolate, then rolled them in coconut. The coconut taste is pretty faint and they basically taste like peanutbutter cups. yummy.
